Job Title: Customer Journey Specialist

We are seeking an individual to play a vital role in shaping the quality of the customer journey within our Protection team. As a key member of our D2C Life Department, you will deliver exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

The ideal candidate for this hybrid position will have a passion for delivering personalized advice and support to customers, ensuring their product requirements are met and exceeded. The role involves working two days a week in our office, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
