We're looking for an experienced professional to join our Independent Living team as a Customer Experience Advocate.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our service meets the needs of our customers. You will work closely with the Carecall team to provide customer-facing support and develop strong relationships with our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborating with the Carecall team to resolve customer queries and issues.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a housing or care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. Benefits include access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.
