About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users and contributing to the development of our knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
  • Participate in the delivery of excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software
