About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Undertake routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including minor repairs and external maintenance.
  • Site Management: Ensure the exterior of the site is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including general external maintenance tasks.
  • Contractor Management: Assist the facilities team with the control of contractors, ensuring they are signed in and out correctly and adhering to site policies and rules.
  • Site Access: Responsible for opening and/or closing the building as required.
  • Brand Representation: Represent ESS and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and able to easily embrace changing priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Be a brilliant communicator and able to build strong relationships.
  • Initiative: Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner.
