Position Overview
As an Outpatient Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the scheduling and management of patient appointments within our Cancer & Access division.
Department: Cancer & Core Clinical Services
Band: 3
Salary: £22,816 - £24,336 per annum/pro rata
Working Hours:
- Post 1: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
- Post 2: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm

Qualifications:
- General standard of education.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Familiarity with Patient Service Centre systems or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of national and local outpatient targets, including 18-week RTT and Cancer targets.
- Experience in NHS administration and relevant administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with the public and patients effectively.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and demands on time.
