Position Summary:
In response to increasing business needs, we are seeking a skilled Property Management Coordinator to join the dynamic team at our client's Gillingham office. This role is part-time, requiring availability three days a week.

Working Hours:
Wednesday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support the Residential Property Management team in overseeing residential properties while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting property inspections
  • Organizing inspection schedules
  • Performing property visits as necessary
  • Addressing maintenance concerns, including issuing work orders and obtaining contractor quotes
  • Facilitating lease renewals, including drafting renewal letters and managing correspondence
  • Handling general administrative tasks, such as following up on arrears and inventory returns

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within the property sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on spelling and report writing
  • A self-driven, organized, and methodical approach to work
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
