Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents and Financial Services Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a vast property portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the portfolio, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property portfolio, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance schedules.
- Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Liaise with Lettings Negotiators to ensure seamless communication and coordination of property-related matters.
- Resolve property-related issues, providing efficient solutions to tenants and landlords, and serving notices as required.
- Process post, including Service Charge and Ground rents, and conduct inspections, deposit returns, and LL & TT queries.
- Perform other ad-hoc or required related duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- A calm and unflappable individual with strength of character, able to handle complex issues and maintain a systematic approach.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to generate letters and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
