Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property management, including tenant and landlord relations, property maintenance, and repairs.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize property value and minimize vacancies.
  • Collaborate with Lettings Negotiators to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Resolve property-related issues and provide efficient solutions to tenants and landlords.
  • Serve notices and liaise with solicitors as required.
  • Process post, including Service Charge and Ground rents.
  • Conduct inspections, including zoom and in-person visits, and handle deposit returns and LL & TT queries.

Requirements

  • A calm and unflappable demeanor, with strength of character to handle complex issues.
  • A systematic approach with strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Secretarial skills, including the ability to generate letters.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, ranging from £33,000 to £35,000.
