Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist course participants at our headquarters, fostering strong relationships with clients.
- Handle incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain and update quotation and purchase tracking spreadsheets.
- Generate client quotations efficiently.
- Coordinate course bookings with relevant awarding bodies.
- Assist with booking inquiries via email and our CRM system.
- Review course documentation as per established guidelines.
- Ensure trainers receive all necessary materials and information for effective course delivery.
- Prepare training contracts accurately.
- Manage inventory of training resources.
- Set up training rooms for course delivery, ensuring all materials and facilities are ready.
- Secure the premises at the end of each day.
- Organize meetings at headquarters, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Assist in closing course files, including scanning and organizing documentation.
- Support filing and documentation processes.
- Help create ADHOC certificates as needed.
- Assist in scanning course-related documents.
- Support the completion of course result documentation.
- Contribute to Delegate Evaluation and Agent Analysis.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication abilities.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety training and the Construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
