Schedule Coordinator

The role of the Schedule Coordinator at Senseco Systems Limited involves managing the service department's diary, ensuring that all call outs, remedials, and maintenance visits are planned and executed efficiently. This includes prioritizing work, ensuring logistical and financial correctness, and liaising with engineers to optimize available resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling new and renewed maintenance contracts
- Managing diary changes and last-minute cancellations
- Liaising with engineers regarding overtime availability
- Checking Service Department schedules for the day ahead
- Utilizing engineers' skill sets for relevant jobs
- Optimizing available engineering resource to maintain operational effectiveness
- Scheduling engineers' appointments and supporting day-to-day engineering requirements
- Working closely with the Engineering Management Team, Account Managers, and Service Account Coordinators to deliver works within KPI deadlines
- Ensuring communication is maintained throughout the business to maximize cost savings and labor efficiency
- Undertaking general administration duties, including data entry and responding to queries
Competencies and Skills:
- Computer literacy
- Good written, oral, and numerical skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven history of success in a customer service environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to understand financial matters, including budgeting
- Ability and desire to learn legal and regulatory compliance for the fire industry
