As Regional Business Development Manager for Houseful, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue across a portfolio of estate agents in the Northeast of England and Scotland.

The role involves managing client relationships, developing strategies to increase product adoption, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • Deliver revenue growth across Zoopla's portfolio of products, consistently meeting targets
  • Develop effective strategies to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Implement a territory client engagement model to touch all customer and prospect accounts
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Years of experience in B2B software sales (ideally field-based)
  • Sales experience in a relevant industry (proptech, real estate, property or similar)
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-led environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
