About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Development Manager to join our project management team in Regional Scotland. The role involves leading the development and management of project schedules for large-scale construction projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create compliant project programs.
  • Provide expert advice during the contract stage, ensuring strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage and evaluate project critical paths and resources, addressing potential issues and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring performance, and resolving contract-related issues.

Requirements

  • Significant experience of planning procedures within large complex building environments within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with project management tools - ASTA.
  • Knowledge and working experience of 4D planning.
  • Expertise in contract management, resource planning, and risk analysis.
  • Good experience in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant CSCS Card.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days paid annual leave (pro rata) and a pension scheme.
