Access Talent Group is seeking a talented Project Development Lead to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our project development team, you will play a critical role in driving project success and delivering exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet client needs and expectations. You will work closely with our design and site teams to develop creative solutions and drive project progress.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. Your knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word, is essential.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of commercial requirements, including contract conditions and Health & Safety regulations. You will also need to ensure that Quality control processes are in place and followed.

Salary: £48,000 Per Annum
