Project Development Manager

Join Ørsted Onshore, a leading developer of commercial scale onshore wind projects. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the project development process from origination to completion.
About the RoleThis role requires a strong understanding of renewable project commercials, including project risks and associated management. You will work closely with our land, legal, grid, technical, and commercial teams, as well as external stakeholders to ensure commercial viability of projects.
The ideal candidate has experience in onshore wind in the UK, preferably in a development or consultancy role related to planning, environmental, and technical constraints to development. A degree in engineering, sciences, or similar is also required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and report on all project risks, ensuring senior management are kept fully informed.
- Develop and manage project expenditure and budgeting, assisting in the preparation of business cases for investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
