Sales Support Coordinator
We are currently representing a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking an experienced sales administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a sales administrative background and experience of using systems such as CRM and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Liaising between the sales and accounts teams to guarantee accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Recording customer enquiries into the company's CRM system and validating leads before passing them onto the sales team.
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
