Business Operations Assistant

**Job Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our team in Crawley.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the sales team with internal and external queries.
- Manage all office administration tasks, including record keeping of information related to customers, suppliers, staff, etc.
- Support the processing of orders from customers and hand them over to the delivery team.
- Ensure all outstanding orders are delivered and invoiced at the end of each month and follow up as necessary.
- Maintain company information systems with personnel, financial, and other data.
- General housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Assist where necessary with scheduling and organizing meetings and events, taking minutes, making travel and accommodation bookings.
- Manage visitors to the UK office and support the coordination of business events.
- Propose and implement office and business improvement ideas.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum depending on experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in business support, administrative support or a similar role in an office environment.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- The successful applicant will be proactive, taking initiative to solve problems, and organized, punctual, and reliable in their administration support.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, they will be competent in filing and data entry with high accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning skills and ability to multitask are also required.
- The willingness to learn and interest in furthering a career with our company are essential.
- Proficient in typical office software, including MS Office, familiarity with the IT sector is desirable.
- Must be currently eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
