Sales Team Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized sales administrator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fielding customer calls and emails, responding promptly to any queries.
  • Liaising between departments to guarantee accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Entering customer enquires into the CRM system and validating leads before forwarding them to the sales team.
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £27,000 per annum. If you're a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience of CRM systems and Microsoft Office, we'd love to hear from you.
