**Job Overview**

  • We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team with internal and external queries.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration tasks, including record keeping of information related to customers, suppliers, staff, etc.
  • This role involves supporting the processing of orders from customers and handing them over to the delivery team.
  • The coordinator will ensure all outstanding orders are delivered and invoiced at the end of each month and follow up as necessary.
  • They will maintain company information systems with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • The role also involves general housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • The successful applicant will assist where necessary with scheduling and organising meetings and events, taking minutes, making travel and accommodation bookings.
  • They will manage visitors to the UK office and support the coordination of business events.
  • The coordinator will propose and implement office and business improvement ideas.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in business support, administrative support or a similar role in an office environment.
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • The successful applicant will be proactive, taking initiative to solve problems, and organised, punctual, and reliable in their administration support.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, they will be competent in filing and data entry with high accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to multitask are also required.
  • The willingness to learn and interest in furthering a career with our company are essential.
  • Proficient in typical office software, including MS Office, familiarity with the IT sector is desirable.
  • Must be currently eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
