Job Opportunity: Receptionist - Travel Required

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to provide exceptional support across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will be a driver, with a permanent full-time contract in the office, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception diaries, meeting room bookings, and telephony to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate meeting setup, including refreshments, AV equipment, and materials to create a productive environment.
  • Provide basic IT and administrative support, including post handling, document management, and accounts assistance to maintain office efficiency.
  • Support health and safety initiatives, inductions, and building maintenance checks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restock supplies, and liaise with cleaning staff or contractors to uphold high standards.
  • A background in reception is desirable but not essential; we welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
