About This Opportunity:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant - HR to join our Austin Fraser team in West Sussex. As a vital member of the HR department, you will provide administrative support and contribute to the achievement of HR goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Accurate Employee Records: Ensure all employee data is up-to-date, secure, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll and benefits efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and new hire paperwork to ensure seamless transitions.
- Employee Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, resolving issues and concerns promptly.
- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR regulations and laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant changes and updates.
- HR Reporting: Develop and maintain HR reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Collaboration: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations, fostering collaborative relationships throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, demonstrating expertise in HR performance metrics and administrative tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: A team player with a high level of dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results.
- Productivity: Ability to work under strict deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification: Certification in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on your experience, making it a competitive offer for skilled HR professionals.
