Administrative Support Specialist

An Office Administrator is needed to join a leading height safety specialist company based in the UK.
Guru Resourcing Ltd, a fully accredited company founded in 1991, operates primarily in the field of surveying, evaluating, installing, training, and recertifying work at height equipment solutions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively engaging with clients to schedule works
- Promptly addressing inquiries via phone and email
- Thorough documentation management, including collating information into contract files and assisting with pre-qualification questionnaires and accreditation documents
A strong computer skills are essential, with MS Office being a must-have and MS Dynamics desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful Administrative Support Specialist can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits that include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), paid sick leave, company pension scheme, company life insurance scheme, company charity scheme, cycle to work scheme, and much more.
