Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team in West Sussex. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the effective execution of HR goals.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and dedicated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of exceptional results. You will maintain and update employee records, process payroll and benefits administration, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process payroll and benefits administration efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely payments and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding process, including coordination of interviews and new hire paperwork, to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide timely and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, resolving issues and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring compliance with company protocols and standards.
- Ensure adherence to HR regulations and laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant changes and updates.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations, fostering collaborative relationships throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or similar role, demonstrating expertise in HR performance metrics and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A team player with a high level of dedication, commitment, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in HR.
