This role involves collecting payment information, maintaining payroll records, and sharing relevant materials to inform employees about payroll and benefits. The successful candidate will have solid knowledge of UK payroll regulations and extensive payroll expertise, ideally in a high-volume environment, and will value data integrity and improving employee experience.

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 per annum

About the Job

We seek a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly/monthly payrolls accurately and on time for multiple regions (UK, US, Singapore, Ireland). You will maintain and update payroll and employee records, ensuring compliance with all payroll and benefits regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include handling payroll deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits, preparing and distributing payroll reports, administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. You will also ensure data accuracy and integrity, generate reports, and provide data analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Certification in Payroll (e.g., CIPP - The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (e.g.,
  • Experience managing payroll for the UK, US, Ireland, and Singapore is advantageous.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
