Job Title: Payroll Administrator
The Charalle Group is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to support the payroll section of the National Finance Office.
The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at C or above, and a minimum of 2 years' in-house payroll experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the payroll section of the National Finance Office
- Process payroll for 4,500 staff members
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Liaise with the People Team and local office Partners on payroll matters
Requirements:
- Good general standard of education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at C or above
- Minimum of 2 years' in-house payroll experience
- Pension knowledge / experience preferable
- Methodical, organised, and accurate
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Good communication skills, both verbal & written
- Excellent team player
