Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to the HR department, including managing payroll, benefits, and employee data. You will also assist with the development of HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and training to employees on HR-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR-related roles, with a strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration. You will be responsible for handling recruitment tasks, from arranging interviews to following up with candidates and recruiters. Additionally, you will work closely with the HR Manager to manage payroll for multiple countries, including the UK, Europe, South Africa, and the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll for multiple countries
  • Handle recruitment tasks, including arranging interviews and following up with candidates and recruiters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR-related roles
  • Strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration
  • CIPD Level 3 certification is beneficial

Salary: £32,000 per annum
