Rentokil Initial plc is a leading provider of pest control, washroom services, and interior and exterior plants for businesses. We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team in Dudley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services to support the day-to-day operations of our business. This includes:

  • Processing of Purchase Invoices and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Resolving internal and external queries via telephone and email
  • Escalating invoice authorisation and resolving significant issues promptly
  • Assisting with monthly accruals for management accounts

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable, maintaining general ledgers, VAT
  • Ability to deliver to strict guidelines and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including Word/Excel
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility
