Electrical Area Sales Manager Position Available

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at a well-established and respected manufacturer in the electrical industry.

This leading international company excels by producing high-quality products and delivering exceptional customer support. With a strong focus on growth, we aim to expand our market share through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing strategies to drive business growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.

A competitive $95,000 - $125,000 annual salary, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement, will be offered to the right individual.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading sales teams to achieve targets and expand market share
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
