Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to drive growth in fall protection sales, expand connections, nurture relationships, and maximise profits.

About the Role

This role involves strategically targeting industrial sectors, generating sales, following up on leads & quotes, and prospecting new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales targets and manage key accounts
  • Generate inquiries, produce quotations, and attend review meetings
  • Develop new accounts and maintain existing relationships
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a solutions-based sales role
  • A full driving licence and willingness to travel
Benefits

In return, you can expect a car allowance with paid business mileage, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), paid sick leave (in accordance with policy), company pension scheme, company life insurance scheme, company charity scheme, cycle to work scheme (in accordance with policy), and much more. Our estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
