Sales Ledger Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Ledger Administrator to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Accounts Receivable: Post cash and payments for bank reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Approve Customer Orders: Approve customer orders and review credit limits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with Credit Control: Assist in credit control and raise credit notes as needed to maintain healthy relationships with customers.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable Inbox: Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and deal with queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide Team Support: Provide support and cover for team members during annual leave, ensuring seamless continuity of work.
- Data Capture and Ad Hoc Duties: Data capture and perform ad hoc duties as required to contribute to the success of the team.
- Accounts Experience: Good accounts experience, ideally within sales ledger/AR, is essential for this role.
- Company Online Banking Experience: Experience with company online banking is required to effectively manage financial transactions.
- AAT Qualification (Desirable): An AAT qualification is highly desirable, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
