Job Summary
Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline by developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads, enhance customer acquisition, and foster retention.

About the Role
As our Sales Strategy Manager - Mid Market Growth, you will spearhead the development and implementation of demand generation initiatives to boost sales pipeline growth. This involves creating and executing strategic plans to nurture leads, manage complex projects across multiple cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement mid-market demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support sales growth.
  2. Collaborate with the CRM team to increase penetration within the existing customer base through account-based marketing strategies and best practices.
  3. Partner with the Head of Global RevOps & Customer Enablement and the Head of Sales to define and execute optimal lead management processes and lead nurturing campaigns.
  4. Manage and improve the Referral program across B2B and B2C, identifying touchpoints in the customer journey to introduce the program effectively.
  5. Analyse key metrics to determine reasons for variances and new opportunities for sales growth and target development.
  6. Forecast, measure, and analyse the impact of demand generation initiatives on lead volume, quality, and conversion rates, while identifying trends in lead funnel performance and forecasting future outcomes.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in developing integrated demand generation strategies, executing campaigns, and supporting sales to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales and marketing productivity tools is essential. Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to coach others in problem-solving are also required.
