Cycas Hospitality is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Strategy Executive to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing market share for the property.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with the Revenue team and Cluster Director of Sales to set sales targets and drive commercial action
- Creating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth
- Negotiating existing business and securing new accounts
- Coaching and developing sales teams to achieve their full potential
