**Job Title:** SEN Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEN specialist to lead our SEN team at Tempest Resourcing Limited.

This role involves managing inclusive education initiatives, developing behaviour and attendance strategies, and supporting the leadership to achieve exceptional outcomes.

**Responsibilities include:*

  • Leading the SEN team to deliver high-quality education services.
  • Developing and implementing effective behaviour and attendance strategies.
  • Managing inclusive education initiatives to meet the needs of pupils with SEN.

**Requirements:*

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Significant experience working with pupils with SEN.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective behaviour and attendance strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide the SEN team.

**Salary:** A competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus other benefits offered by the school.
