We are seeking an experienced SEN Team Manager to join our team at Remedy Social Work. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Special Educational Needs (SEN) services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated professional to lead our SEN team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day management and leadership, ensuring that staff are supported and perform to their best abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Statutory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to statutory guidelines and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of EHC needs assessments and issuing EHCPs.
  2. Leadership and Management: Provide effective day-to-day management and leadership, monitoring performance, and allocating workloads to maximize productivity.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with schools, health partners, and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and support for children and young people with SEN.
  4. Ofsted Preparation: Play a crucial role in preparing the service for Ofsted inspections, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and demonstrating good practice.
  5. Data Monitoring and Reporting: Accurately monitor and report data on key performance indicators, such as EHCP timeliness and annual review completion.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your experience level.
