Lead SEN Manager for East London School Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead SEN Manager to join our team in East London.
About the RoleThis is a temporary position responsible for providing day-to-day management and leadership to the Special Educational Needs (SEN) team. The successful candidate will ensure that the team meets statutory deadlines for completing Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessments and issuing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership and management to the SEN team, ensuring staff are supported and workloads are balanced.
- Monitor performance effectively and ensure the team meets deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of professionals.
Requirements- A proven track record of managing and leading teams in an education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEN legislation and policies.
The salary for this role is approximately £94 per day PAYE.
