**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Senior Clinical Lead for Mental Health Services in North East London. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will involve strategic leadership, clinical supervision, and partnership working with local authorities, schools, and other agencies.

**About the Role:**

  • This is a full-time position that will involve providing clinical and strategic leadership to our Mental Health Services in North East London.
  • You will work closely with Assistant Directors and other leadership roles in commissioned organisations to achieve system-wide improvements in mental health services.
  • Key responsibilities include setting clinical objectives, managing operational services, implementing research and development activities, and providing strategic leadership to teams.

**Requirements:**

  • A post-graduate qualification in psychology or nursing, with extensive clinical and operational leadership experience in Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services or MHST's.
  • Complex project management experience, with a successful track record of meeting performance and governance targets in the NHS.
  • Knowledge of policy and practice related to education settings, including whole school approaches to emotional wellbeing and mental health.
  • Ability to present and disseminate information at a senior level, and form effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary. The Trust offers a comprehensive benefits package, including pension schemes, life assurance, and annual leave.

**Location:**

This role is based at Barking Community Hospital, Upney Lane, Barking, IG11 8HG.
