Senior Clinical Psychologist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the coordination of psychology services within the team, working closely with the Lead Psychologist and other senior staff members.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of psychology services within the CAMHS team
- Work closely with the Lead Psychologist and other senior staff members to develop and implement service plans
- Hold a caseload of children and families with complex needs, including those who may be on the edge of inpatient admission
- Supervise and line manage Band 7 Psychologists and other junior members of the team
- Provide consultation to the wider service and promote co-production with those with lived experience

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in clinical or counselling psychology
- HCPC registration
- Formal training in specific therapeutic modality
- Experience working within CYP mental health
- Experience working with moderate to severe and complex mental health issues
