SEN Teaching Assistant Lead

Job Description
As an SEN Teaching Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to pupils with SEN. This will involve working closely with class teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans, as well as providing one-to-one support to pupils as needed. You will also contribute to the development of whole-school policies and practices related to SEN.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• GCSE or equivalent level, with at least a Grade 4 (C) in English and Maths
• First-aid training or willingness to complete it
• Ability to build effective relationships with pupils and adults
