Job Overview

Five Education Recruitment Limited is excited to offer a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher Lead to lead our resource base at a Secondary school with an SEMH inclusion unit. This role requires a skilled educator who can adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that address students' SEMH requirements
  2. Manage a small team of SEND teaching assistants, providing guidance and support
  3. Maintain open communication channels with SENDCo, Senior Leadership Team, and external professionals
  4. Create engaging learning resources that cater to individual student needs
  5. Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to parents/carers

Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £55,000 per year
