Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Headteacher of Inclusion and SEN to join our team from January 2025. This role will involve leading the inclusion and SEN provision, overseeing support for pupils with SEND, and working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee provision of support for pupils with SEND.
  • Lead on development and implementation of inclusion and SEN policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to meet pupil needs.
