Job Description

The role involves designing and implementing individualized education plans, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with support staff. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have Qualified Teacher Status and experience working with students who have severe or profound learning difficulties. Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, and other communication systems is also essential.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience.
