Teaching Opportunity in Specialist Provision

HORIZON TEACHERS is seeking an experienced SEN teacher to join a specialist provision in Hackney. This role presents a chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of children with complex needs.

The successful candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience supporting children with complex needs, ideally in a similar setting. They will also have SEN teacher experience and be able to develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children with complex learning needs, including those with autistic spectrum condition and complex physical and sensory impairments.
  • Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on pupil progress and development.
Salary and Benefits

A highly competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, along with opportunities for professional development and growth in a collaborative and supportive working environment.
