Education and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SENCo to join our dynamic leadership team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for the development, operation, and coordination of SEN policy and provision.
Under the direction of the headteacher, you will work closely with colleagues, parents, children, and external agencies to foster good relationships and promote inclusive practices.
This is a great opportunity to make an impact and contribute to the success of our students. You will also join our school safeguarding team as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, Attendance lead, and Pupil Premium lead.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing SEN policy and provision
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective support for students with SEND
- Working with parents and carers to promote student inclusion and well-being
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
