Key Responsibilities

A primary school in London is seeking an experienced Deputy Headteacher of Inclusion and SEN to lead and develop their provision for inclusion and SEN in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all pupils have access to a high-quality education that meets their individual needs.

Responsibilities will include overseeing the provision of support for pupils with SEND, leading on the development and implementation of policies and procedures for inclusion and SEN, and working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure that the needs of all pupils are met.

Requirements

The successful Deputy Headteacher - Inclusion candidate will be an exceptional leader with a strong commitment to inclusion and equality. They will have a proven track record of successful leadership in a primary school setting and a deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
