Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEN ICT Teacher to join our team at Parker Smith Inclusion. As a specialist in inclusive technology, you will play a vital role in delivering the curriculum to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the ICT subject area, delivering the curriculum across Years 7 to 11 with experience teaching up to GCSE Level and other Level 2 qualifications.
  • Work collaboratively with Primary and Post-16 colleagues to ensure a seamless learning journey.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements
  • QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven teaching experience in SEN settings.
  • Basic understanding of Autism (comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable but not essential).
