About the OpportunityThis role offers a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young students with special educational needs. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a small team to deliver high-quality support for students with ASD and SEMH needs.
- Working closely with the SENCO and team members to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Developing and implementing effective strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an HLTA supporting children with ASD and SEMH needs in an educational setting.
- Creative problem-solving skills to adapt approaches to meet children's unique challenges and learning levels.
With an attractive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, we encourage applications from passionate and dedicated professionals who share our vision for empowering students and transforming lives.
