GFO-X is the UK's first regulated and centrally cleared trading venue dedicated to digital asset derivatives. We are seeking individuals to join our Market Surveillance Group, which is part of the broader Compliance team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Market Surveillance Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time and post-event monitoring of trading in derivatives across our platform to detect trading activity that could adversely affect the firm and its reputation. This role involves working closely with experienced staff and developing the capacity to conduct high-quality routine surveillance with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry or relevant internships in regulated trading venues, trading firms, or regulators. You should have exposure to one or more asset classes such as Equities Derivatives / FI / Commodities / FX / Digital Assets. High attention to detail and strong analytical and investigative skills are also essential. Additionally, you should be able to multitask and handle multiple compliance reviews and projects at the same time, meeting deadlines. Proactive in identifying risks and proposing solutions, you should also have a strong willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits:
