Job Description:

We are looking for a Surveillance Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality compliance surveillance support to our regulated entities.

You will lead investigations into adverse conduct, ensuring practices are in line with regulations and risk appetite. You will also remain up-to-date on emerging regulations and develop, implement, and enhance additional surveillance scenarios in response to this.

The ideal candidate will have experience working at the Regulator or an Asset Manager in a compliance surveillance role, with a strong understanding of relevant FCA regulations.
