**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Financial Surveillance Specialist to join our team in London. As a Financial Surveillance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting surveillance activities to identify potential market abuse and other suspicious activity.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance. They will also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct post-trade surveillance, electronic communications surveillance, and telephone surveillance
  • Prepare and present analysis and development of reports related to all aspects of account activities, market manipulation, and broker-dealer practices and procedures
  • Monitor regulatory updates and findings to ensure Pontoon's adherence to external and internal compliance standards
  • Lead on Internal Audit, External Audit, and Compliance Monitoring reviews as required
