Trade Surveillance Compliance Manager

Lorien is seeking a highly experienced Financial Institutions Trade Surveillance Specialist to join our Market Abuse Trade Surveillance team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in trade surveillance and market abuse compliance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective trade surveillance systems to prevent market abuse
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential market abuse
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on trade surveillance and market abuse compliance
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments
- Experience in trade surveillance and market abuse compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum
