Surveillance Compliance Officer Role
Marex Financial Ltd is seeking a qualified Surveillance Compliance Officer to join their team in London, focusing on Trade Surveillance across various asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce adherence to regulatory requirements under the FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS, and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Implement and maintain the operational risk framework to ensure compliance with regulatory or company-determined parameters.
- Cultivate and maintain knowledge of internal policies related to your role or responsibilities.
- Communicate proactively with Compliance and supervisors regarding breaches of policy or risk events.
- Contribute to risk management processes by providing input, as needed.
- Foster professional relationships through effective communication, networking, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrate experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of risk and compliance requirements.
Compensation Package
This role offers a competitive salary, including estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, along with opportunities for growth and professional development.
